Project Manager
The position will initially involve a significant amount of estimating. As the employee becomes familiar with the industry, he will be trained in purchasing, submittal review, scheduling and ultimately become a qualified project manager. Initially, the employee will report to a senior project manager.
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from bidding to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders will contribute to the successful execution of projects. Heavy Haul Driver for Construction Company located in Athens, TN.
Must have experience with permitted loads as well as with loading and unloading of equipment. Out of town approximately six to eight days per month. Applicant must have a minimum of five years experience in heavy hauling. Must give references of heavy haul experience. Office and yard located in Athens, TN. Jobsites in TX, TN, GA, NC, SC & VA.

Dump Truck Driver
Would be in Chattanooga, TN most days and Athens, TN some.
May not have anything every day then some days, may have 10 hours.
HOME EVERY NIGHT!
Duties:
-Operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from construction sites.
-Operate tractor with flat bed.
-Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating the dump truck and flat bed.
-Inspect trucks before and after each shift to ensure they are in proper working condition.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dump truck.
Skills:
-Valid drivers license, Class C with a clean driving record.
-Experience operating dump trucks and tractor/trailers or similar heavy equipment.
-Ability to read and understand maps, directions, and job site locations.
-Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members at construction sites.
Please note that experience with other equipment such as graders, Cat equipment, excavators, backhoes, forklifts, tankers, horizontal drilling, water trucks, or bulldozers is a plus, but not a requirement for this specific position.
